The engagement process
- Send a brief. Describe your goal, current situation, scope, required dates, and relevant materials or access constraints.
- Review fit and scope. Skillzmist clarifies requirements, deliverables, dependencies, review steps, and what is outside the engagement.
- Confirm terms. Agree the written scope, schedule, communication channel, payment terms, and approval owner before work begins.
- Deliver and review. Work is shared at the agreed checkpoints; you review it against the approved brief and provide consolidated feedback.
- Close out. Receive agreed outputs and handoff notes, then discuss any separately scoped follow-on work.
Engagement models
Work can be scoped around a defined project or an agreed recurring workload. Availability, deliverables, and commercial terms are confirmed for each request.
